We often not notice the importance of this phenomena that is happening in every second in our lives. Communication is very broad. Basically we know communication as the sending and receiving of information. But in all honesty it is more than that. In deeper sense, "communication is always the key to better understanding"

Without it, people wouldn't have a clue what they should really do when it comes to encounters with different personalities, whether its human, or not. There will always be a reaction to everything, and that's normal. It mainly depends on what has been done.
So to break it down to the most simplest and hopefully understandable manner, I made up my own "3T's to remember when it comes to communication".

As you can see, the words I've chosen kinda brings you back to the basics, but they are the often disregarded factors in communication that we should remember.
Type
-You got it! again very basic, Verbal (by means of talking which means it can be heard) Non-verbal (can't be heard but can be seen) and Written, of course it can be seen.
Term
-This refers to the words used. The meaning of the words make a really great impact to sentences, phrases and etc.
Without knowing the proper usage of words, what you think would be great idea to use to seem impressive or express something in some way, may turn out to be a big disaster. So remember to choose your words wisely.
Term can also associate as Timing- "When communication happens"is also an important thing to remember. Cause we all know what we call "Bad Timing"
Tone or Gesture
-also known as the "HOWS" of communication, because obviously, HOW you say or do things affect the way you want to send the message/ information. If your a good observer this might come handy if your an investigator. Small details of these combined can actually help you know the truth.
Tone- may refer to the volume of your voice that is also connected to your mood/emotion. There's a difference in saying the same word but incorporating different emotions. This actually reminds me of an exercise actors do on auditions. I guess this is how they know when an quick can an individual pick up the instructions given to them.
As for gesture (body language) this also affects how you want to be understood take this for example, there's a difference between a firm hand shake and a lousy one. They both make different impressions. And how people nowadays express emotions through the use of punctuation marks and in this generation, you might have seen allot of periods and exclamation marks. But wait I forgot to mention Emoji's, they make it so much easier for us to understand people's feelings hahaha.
As you can see communicating effectively is not as easy as you think it is.
Did I make any sense? comment down below if you any in mind that I might have missed. and If you want me to give you some tips on how to communicate effectively.
